Birds Spotted with no owners

I recently found out that my dealership has several birds coming in with no owners. They even had one in blue on the lot not sold when I picked mine up. They told me they are selling at MSRP only to their customers. They indicated that they will sell to non customers at $5000.00 over MSRP.
