dead battery

Recurrent theme..
Dead in the first month (Jan 2005), got my 2005 premium for Christmas 2004, new Battery.
Dead again soon, module to prevent drawdown replaced.
Dead again thought my cell phone did it...
Dead again twice (charged it up in my garage, two days after a trip, so it "rested" for a week)
Took it in for service and mentioned above, they found a draw from some module in the roof well, expensive, they replaced.
Lo and behold, my warranty expired on 12/17, and it was replaced on 12/31. How convenient.
I bought the extended warranty and paid the sales tax (doofi (doofus plural)in Olympia wouldn't refund tax, sales people made me pay it even though I'm in Oregon)
It's not covered? I gotta pay "co-pay"?
Does this seem right? Where do I REALLY complain.
