rust repair door post

have a little rust repair on my 55 Tbird. hole in bottom of door post and rocker panel but fender if fine. Anyone help with sequence of how this was assembled? I assume fender is welded to outer rocker cover and outer rocker cover is welded to inner cover and door post welds to outer rocker also? Assume you pull fender back enough to get to door post.
