I am not sure what you're printing, but if it's my post, they won't even read that.
What you need is to give them the TSB 03-14-4. This proves there is a Ford recognized problem which goes for almost every car, truck and SUV - In the Ford, Lincoln and Mercury divisions.
Read it first and you'll probaly see your symptoms - Print it from this old thread, post #13:
