Can someone answer a question?
I am selling a convertible boot cover for a 2002-2005 T-bird which I no longer own (Had it here a while back.) I described it as "Tan" and received a question about it. The question was whether it was Cashmere or light sand. I have to admit, I am not very familiar with the options as I am really not a T-bird guy (as you can see by my forum name.)
I've tried google but can't come up with a description of the colors. It is the color of dry sand. When we bough the car the sales guy said it was a special black/cashmere combo, but I'm not sure. Can someone help clarify for me? I don't want to sell the wrong thing to a buyer. Thanks! Mark |

It was a 2004 black with a tan interior. The top matched the interior.
Thanks! |

According to the 2004 brochure the interior for your car was Optional as a "light sand appearance package", which included "bronze metalictinted appliques on and around the instument panel and center stack.
For black cars there were only 4 interior choices; black w/black accent, Black and red, black and performance white or Light sand appearance package. There is a two page picture of a black car with the sand interior. It also shows the boot which is the same color. I hope this helps |

Frank - I sold it yesterday on ebay. It was actually up when I asked the question, but I received the question from a potential buyer. - Sorry.
