2004 Cragar SS Wheels for my T-Bird

I am considering installing these on my car and would like to know if anyone knows the exact size to get. Is it 17"X8" with 5X4.5" bolt circle and 4.5" backspace? I am looking at the Summit Racing website at Cragar model CRR-617812P. Can anyone help?

Thanks for your help I ended up buying some American Racing wheels that look similiar to the Cragars. I researched the information you provided and it was a big help. I will post a photo once I get them on the car
