Build Dates

When the 800 number says week of 1-28-02 for a build date, what does that mean? How many days does it take to build? 1-28 is on a Monday. 2-01 is the Friday of the same week.
If 21 days is an average ship date after completion, from what day do you count down from.

Build can start on any day of that week. Use worst case and count from 2/1.

It is an average of 20 days from build to delivery from what I have been receiving from people that have supplied me both dates.

The average is now delivery 4 days before eta date.
