question about installing a k&n cone

I have a 96 tbird 3.8 v6 and i removed the silencer and i do have a K&n cone, and i can put i onto the end of the MAF after taking out the stock airbox but i notice the stock airbox has those to electric wires conectors to it so how do i do this mod if the cone dont have any connectors on it.

What do the wires go to, in the stock airbox? If you can remove that, see if there's a way to fasten whatever it is to your new breather. Again, this depends on what it is.

I wouldn't have wasted my money on a K&N, it won't do anything for you performance wise and if you over oil it just a tad will cause a check engine light.

In answering your question. You want a 96 - 02 Mustang GT intake tube, it has the IAT sensor in the intake tube.
