Southern California Thunderbird Sightings

My wife and I decided to take a cruise from Los Angeles to Palm Springs for the day. I spotted two new Thunderbirds on the road.

The first one was a cool looking blue model without a hardtop traveling east on the 60 freeway outside of Riverside, CA.

The second was a white premium in Indian Wells, CA.

It was nice seeing fellow bird out there for once and I noticed that both drivers were smiling while driving.

My parents may have seen you yesterday. I was talking with them on the phone last night (they live in Palm Springs) and they mentioned that they saw a black 02 Bird earlier in the day.

There is a street in Palm Springs called Thunderbird Road. I took a pic when I was there and will post it as soon as I am able at jodrod's site.

I can't wait to take the hardtop off and cruise down there.
